Three humanoid robots carry more than 1 kWh. All three are from PNDbotics' Adam line, and each has a 1,172 Wh (about 1.17 kWh) battery.

Below 1 kWh: The next-largest batteries are 972 Wh in the Unitree H2 EDU and Unitree H2 Plus. Next come the Unitree H1 and H1-2 at 864 Wh. None of these meet the 1 kWh threshold. unitree.com +3unitree.com ↗“robot.battery_capacity_wh=972”unitree.com ↗“robot.battery_capacity_wh=972”unitree.com ↗“robot.battery_capacity_wh=864”unitree.com ↗“robot.battery_capacity_wh=864”
What I couldn't check: Only 10 of our 30 humanoid robots list a battery capacity. For the other 20, I couldn't find the figure, so I can't say whether any of them have more than 1 kWh.
