I found 7 Jetson Thor carrier boards that list PCIe Gen 5 support, from five manufacturers:

| Product | Manufacturer | Jetson module(s) named | Where Gen 5 is described |
|---|---|---|---|
| RTSO-4006 | Realtimes | T5000 128GB, T4000 64GB | Not described |
| RTSO-4007 | Realtimes | T5000 128GB, T4000 64GB | Not described |
| D333 Panther | AVerMedia | Jetson Thor (T5000/T4000) | M.2 M-key Gen5 NVMe |
| EDG6N0-S T5X MB | YUAN High-Tech | T5000 128GB, T4000 64GB | Not described (board has 1 PCIe slot) |
| X241 | Auvidea | Jetson AGX Thor | M.2 Key M NVMe (PCIe Gen5 x2) and a PCIe x8 connector. Its datasheet is preliminary. |
| X242 | Auvidea | T5000 128GB | Not described |
| Antmicro Jetson AGX Thor Baseboard | Antmicro | T5000 128GB | FMC+ expansion connector with PCIe Gen 5 |
"Not described" means the board is listed as supporting PCIe Gen 5, but I couldn't find which slot or connector provides it.
Things to know:
- Antmicro board: This is an open-hardware design, published as design files. It isn't for sale yet. openhardwa...openhardware.antmicro.com ↗“Not offered for sale yet”
- Which module fits: The Auvidea X242 and the Antmicro board name only the T5000 module. The Auvidea X241 names only the Jetson AGX Thor family, with no specific module. auvidea.eu +1auvidea.eu ↗“compatibility.jetson_module=Jetson T5000 128GB, compatibility.supported_jetson_families=Jetson”openhardware.antmicro.com ↗“compatibility.jetson_module=Jetson T5000 128GB, compatibility.supported_jetson_families=Jetson”
- Lane width: The only lane width I found is on the X241, where the M.2 slot runs at Gen5 x2. For the other boards I couldn't find the lane count of the Gen 5 links.
What this list may miss: Many carrier boards don't list a PCIe generation at all. Some Jetson Thor boards without a listed generation could still support Gen 5, so they aren't confirmed matches and I left them out. If one of those is on your shortlist, check its datasheet.
