I found 7 Jetson Thor carrier boards whose fastest Ethernet port is 25GbE and that have at least 4 CAN ports. Several of them need the T5000 module to reach the CAN count or the 25GbE speed, so check the notes column.

If you plan to use a T4000 module:
- RTSO-4007: drops to 3 CAN ports, so it doesn't meet your requirement.
- MIB-742-AT: its 4 CAN ports are stated for T5000 only. I couldn't confirm the count with T4000.
- D333 Panther: its 4x 25GbE split is stated for T5000. I couldn't confirm what speed you get with T4000.
Operating temperature (relevant if the truck runs outdoors):
- −40 to 85 °C: RTSO-4007, DSBOARD-THRMAX and D333 Panther. For the D333, that rating applies to the carrier board without audio.
- −10 to 60 °C, airflow required: MIB-741-AT and MIB-742-AT.
- −25 to 45 °C, airflow required: EDG6N0-S T5X MB. profession... +1professional.avermedia.com ↗“Rated -40 to 85 C (carrier board, without audio)”advantech.com ↗“Operation from −10 to 60°C requires 0.7m/s airflow”
I couldn't determine whether any of these boards is rated for vehicle-specific needs such as automotive power transients or vibration standards. Only some list a vibration rating, so check those details on the manufacturers' datasheets.
