Built-in radio or M.2 slot: I can't confirm for every board whether the WiFi/Bluetooth radio comes installed or whether you add it yourself through the M.2 E-key slot. Two descriptions say the slot is for the radio:

All the other boards also have an E-key M.2 slot. If you need a radio installed at the factory, check the manufacturer's datasheet or the specific ordering SKU.
Other Thor carrier boards: Most of the remaining Thor carrier boards I found don't list WiFi/Bluetooth. That doesn't mean they lack it, only that I couldn't confirm it.
