I found **13 FRAMOS image sensor modules** whose functional temperature range reaches 85 °C. All 13 are rated for **−30 °C to 85 °C**. Their performance temperature range is narrower, at **−10 °C to 60 °C**.

**Notes:**
- **The functional range goes higher than the performance range.** All 13 modules are rated to work up to 85 °C, but their performance range only goes up to 60 °C. These modules publish both ranges with their own conditions, so check the datasheets to see what each range guarantees.
