The Jetson T4000 fits. It's the only Jetson Thor production module whose whole power range stays under your 75 W rail. It's a Blackwell module rated at 40–70 W. developer...developer.nvidia.com ↗“Mid-tier Blackwell Thor SoM; up to 1200 FP4 TFLOPS, 64GB memory, 40-70W”

What this means for your design:
- T4000: Even at its 70 W maximum, it leaves about 5 W of headroom on a 75 W rail.
- T5000: Its power range also starts at 40 W, so you might be able to cap it below 75 W. I couldn't find what it delivers at that kind of limit, though, so don't expect its rated 2070 FP4 TFLOPS / 1035 TOPS at reduced power.
- IGX T5000: This module has the same 40–130 W envelope as the T5000, so the same limit applies. nvidia.comnvidia.com ↗“power.power_envelope=40-130 W”
- Carrier and peripherals: These are module figures only. The carrier board, sensors and other parts will draw their own power from the same 75 W rail, so check the whole system's draw.
