Among production modules with at least 200 TOPS, the Jetson AGX Orin Industrial has the highest maximum TTP temperature: 85 °C. It's rated at 248 INT8 TOPS and is described as "Industrial-grade" with "extended temp." nvidia.com +1nvidia.com ↗“thermal.max_ttp_temp_c=85 °C”nvidia.com ↗“Industrial-grade Ampere SoM; up to 248 INT8 TOPS”

| Module | Max AI performance (INT8 TOPS) | Max TTP temperature |

- Comparing the TOPS figures: These are INT8 TOPS. For the Orin and Thor modules they are sparse figures.
- Modules left out: Jetson Orin NX 16GB reaches only 157 TOPS even in Super mode, so it falls below the 200 TOPS threshold. The IGX T5000 production module has no INT8 TOPS figure or TTP temperature listed in the catalog. I couldn't check it against either requirement, so it isn't ranked. nvidia.com +1nvidia.com ↗“performance.max_ai_tops_super=157 TOPS”nvidia.com ↗“identity.jetson_family=IGX Thor”
What this means for an engine bay: TTP is a limit for the module itself, not the ambient temperature the module can run in. A TTP of 85 °C doesn't mean the module works at 85 °C ambient. Whether it holds up in a hot engine bay depends on the carrier board, enclosure and thermal design around it. The catalog doesn't list an ambient operating temperature range for these modules. To check an ambient requirement, you'd need to look at a complete system's operating temperature range, such as a partner system built on AGX Orin Industrial.
