I found 11 carrier boards that support the Jetson Orin NX and have an M.2 M-key slot that takes 2230 cards. Four of them have M-key slots that also take longer cards (2242 or 2280), so you have more choice of drive length.

Many other Orin NX carrier boards have an M-key slot, but they don't state its length. If 2230 is a firm requirement, check the datasheet for any of those before you choose one.
