I found 4 Orin Nano carrier boards listed as fanless only, plus 20 more listed as "Fan/Fanless". All 24 have digital I/O.
Boards listed as fanless only

| Board | Manufacturer | DIO channels | Operating temp | Power input |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Boson-22 | Connect Tech | 8 | -40 to 85 °C | 9–36 V |
| Jackson / JAX-BB01 | Diamond Systems | 16 | -25 to 80 °C | 5–20 V |

| AJ077-35-001-01 | AJProTech | not listed in the catalog | 0 to 40 °C | 9–23 V |
- Jackson-ER: it has no standard external USB or Ethernet connectors. The interfaces are on internal headers. diamondsys...diamondsystems.com ↗“0 populated standard external USB connectors”
- AJ077: its 40 °C maximum may be too low for a closed cabinet that heats up.
Boards listed as "Fan/Fanless"
These 20 boards can be built with or without a fan. Check each datasheet to confirm the fanless setup and its temperature range.

| VPP6N0-S-MB NANO | YUAN High-Tech | 4 | 0 to 60 °C | Range requires airflow |
The operating temperatures above are for the whole board. For a sealed cabinet without airflow, the two YUAN boards are a poor fit.
What this list may miss
- I only included boards with both fanless cooling and digital I/O listed. Many other Orin Nano carrier boards don't list a cooling type or digital I/O at all, so some of them might also work. This list may not be complete.
- I couldn't find which of the "Fan/Fanless" boards are rated for the full temperature range without a fan. Check each datasheet for that.
Best fit for a sealed packaging cabinet: Boson-22, Jackson, and Jackson-ER are the only boards listed as fanless only with a wide temperature range. Among the "Fan/Fanless" boards, RAIBOARD-ORNX and RTSO-3004 have the most separate digital inputs and outputs listed (4 in / 4 out), but confirm the fanless setup with the maker first.
