I couldn't find any Aetina Orin Nano box rated to 80 °C with PoE. There are three Aetina edge AI box PCs that use the Jetson Orin Nano, and all three have a maximum operating temperature of 55 °C. Two of them have PoE.

What I couldn't confirm: None of the Aetina Orin Nano boxes I found are rated to 80 °C. Some products have no maximum operating temperature listed, so I can't rule out an 80 °C variant I don't have a rating for. Aetina's product pages may have more detail on AIE-CO23-S1 / AIE-CO33-S1 and AIE-VN34/44 / AIE-VO24/34.
