The Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit 64GB is much larger than the Orin Nano Super Developer Kit on all three points. It has 275 TOPS against 67 TOPS (in Super mode), 64 GB of memory against 8 GB, and a 15–60 W power range against 7–25 W.

| Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer Kit | Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit 64GB | |
|---|---|---|
| AI performance (INT8 TOPS) | 40 TOPS (default) / 67 TOPS (Super) | 275 TOPS |
| FP32 | 2.1 TFLOPS (Super); default-mode figure not listed | 5.3 TFLOPS |
| Memory | 8 GB LPDDR5 | 64 GB LPDDR5 |
| Memory bandwidth | 68 GB/s (default) / 102 GB/s (Super) | 204.8 GB/s |
| Power range | 7–15 W (default) / 7–25 W (Super) | 15–60 W |
Notes:
- Super mode: Only the Orin Nano kit has Super-mode figures listed. There are no Super-mode figures for the AGX Orin kit, so its numbers above are its standard figures.
- TOPS vs. TFLOPS: TOPS and FP32 TFLOPS measure different things, so compare TOPS with TOPS and TFLOPS with TFLOPS.
- Gap at the Orin Nano's best (Super) settings (my calculation from the figures above): the AGX Orin kit has about 4x the TOPS, 8x the memory, 2x the memory bandwidth and a power range up to 35 W higher.
You can find both kits on NVIDIA's Jetson Orin page.
