I found three carrier boards that support Jetson Orin NX and/or Orin Nano and have four PoE ports. For a parking lot, the operating temperature range is the main difference between them.

| Board | Manufacturer | Supported modules | Ethernet ports (PoE) | PoE standards / budget | Operating temp. | Power input |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jemii-150 Series (Jemii-150D-PoE / Jemii-150A-PoE / Jemii-150A) | Neousys | Orin NX 16GB/8GB, Orin Nano 8GB/4GB | 5 (4 PoE), 1GbE | 802.3af/at, 802.3bt Type 3/4; 100 W total | -25 to 70 °C | 9–32 V (D-PoE); ATX + PCIe 6-pin (A-PoE) |
| RTSO-6003-VP3.0 | Realtimes | Orin NX, Orin Nano, Xavier NX | 5 (1x GbE + 4x PoE GbE) | 802.3af/at; total budget not listed | -40 to 80 °C | 19–52 V |
| VPP6N0-S-MB NANO | YUAN High-Tech | Orin Nano | 5 (4 PoE), 1GbE | Not listed | 0 to 60 °C (requires airflow) | 19 V |
Notes for a parking lot:
- RTSO-6003-VP3.0 has the widest temperature range of the three, -40 to 80 °C. Its PoE ports support 802.3af and 802.3at, but I couldn't find a total PoE power budget for it. realtimesa...realtimesai.com ↗“power.poe_class=802.3af, 802.3at”
- Jemii-150 Series: PoE is optional, and only the Jemii-150D-PoE and Jemii-150A-PoE variants have "PoE" in their names, so pick one of those. It's the only one of the three with a total PoE budget listed (100 W), and it supports 802.3bt (Type 3 and Type 4) for cameras that need more power. neousys-te... +1neousys-tech.com ↗“io.poe_optional=True”neousys-tech.com ↗“power.poe_total_budget_w=100 W”
- VPP6N0-S-MB NANO has the narrowest temperature range, and it only holds with airflow. The board itself is listed for Jetson Orin Nano only, though its marketplace listing names both Orin NX and Orin Nano. Confirm with YUAN High-Tech before planning an Orin NX build. It's designed for surveillance/NVR use and has 5G cellular. yuan.com.tw +2yuan.com.tw ↗“thermal.operating_temp_condition=Requires airflow”yuan.com.tw ↗“marketplace.supported_products=Orin NX, Orin Nano”yuan.com.tw ↗“application.application_domains=surveillance_nvr”
What I couldn't confirm:
- Many carrier boards don't list a PoE port count, so others may have four PoE ports that I couldn't verify.
- I couldn't find an IP rating for any of these boards. Outdoors, they would likely need a suitable enclosure.
