How they compare for a 3-hour session:
- Husarion ROSbot XL: It has the most spare runtime of the three. It's a ROS 2 indoor mobile robot built for research. husarion.comhusarion.com ↗“ROS 2-native indoor mobile robot platform for research”
- Clearpath Jackal: It runs about an hour past your session length. It's a small, weatherproof field robotics UGV, which suits outdoor lab work. clearpathr...clearpathrobotics.com ↗“Small, fast, weatherproof entry-level field robotics research UGV”
- Elephant Robotics myAGV 2023 Jetson Nano: It meets 3 hours with almost no margin. It's a mecanum-wheel chassis made for research and education, with 2D/3D mapping and navigation. shop.eleph...shop.elephantrobotics.com ↗“Mecanum-wheel mobile robot chassis for research and education”
Things to keep in mind:
- These runtimes come from the manufacturers. Where a maker gives a range, the figure shown is the top of that range. Real runtime may be shorter, depending on what the robot carries, which sensors are running and how hard the Jetson is working. That's most likely to matter for the myAGV, since it has almost no spare time.
- 45 other kits in this category have no battery runtime listed in the catalog. Some of them might also last 3 hours, but I can't confirm it.
