Which one to pick
- JAXER-ASY-ONX8-HSP is the one you can use straight out of the box. It has 2 Ethernet ports, 4 USB ports, 1 CAN port, and is rated for 100 INT8 TOPS (sparse). diamondsys...diamondsystems.com ↗“2x Ethernet, 1x CAN, -25 to 80 °C, 4x USB, fanless”
- JAXER-ASY-ONX16-HSP comes with 16 GB of memory and a 128 GB SSD. However, its manual lists no standard external USB or Ethernet connectors, so you'd need to go through internal headers and optional adapters. diamondsys... +1diamondsystems.com ↗“0 populated standard external USB connectors; internal headers and optional adapters are separate”diamondsystems.com ↗“128 GB SSD included”
- Both accept 7–20 V input and support JetPack 6.2. What I couldn't confirm - Dust protection: I couldn't find an IP rating or any other dust-ingress spec for either kit. Fanless means no fan pulling dust inside, but that doesn't make the enclosure dust-sealed. Check this in the datasheet or with Diamond Systems before deploying on a factory floor. diamondsys... +1diamondsystems.com ↗“power.power_input=7-20 V”diamondsystems.com ↗“software.jetpack_version_support=6.2”
- Other Diamond kits: Several other Diamond Systems Orin NX developer kits don't list a cooling type, so I left them out. Some of them may also be fanless, but I couldn't confirm it.
