I found one drone mission computer with a confirmed rating of -30 °C or colder: the SDK Systems UAVNX16-100R Rugged UAV Edge AI Computer. It's rated down to -40 °C.

It's a lightweight, fanless computer built for UAV/UAS platforms, with 9–36 VDC input and two GMSL2 camera channels with PoC. What I couldn't check:
- Other drone mission computers: I couldn't find a minimum operating temperature for 9 others. Some of them may also handle -30 °C, but I can't confirm it. Ask the manufacturer before you choose one of those for arctic flights.
- Drone developer kits: The only one I found (from Airvolute) has no minimum operating temperature listed, so I can't say whether it's rated to -30 °C.
