I found two carrier boards that are both IP67-rated and support 5G: the Forecr RAIBOARD-ORNX and RAIBOARD-AGX. Both are railway-grade and built for railway use, so either should suit a rail-mounted vision system. The main choice is which Jetson module you want to use.
