Our FRAMOS sensor modules with the largest pixel pitch are the FSM-IMX297 pair. Both have 6.9 µm × 6.9 µm pixels, the biggest pitch I found among FRAMOS modules that have a pitch on record. There are two versions, colour and mono:

| Product | Colour / mono | Pixel pitch | Bit depth | Sensor data interface | Performance temp range |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FSM-IMX297C-000-V1A | Color | 6.9 × 6.9 µm | 10 bit | MIPI CSI-2 (1 Lane) | -10 to 60 °C |
| FSM-IMX297M-000-V1A | Monochrome | 6.9 × 6.9 µm | 10 bit | MIPI CSI-2 (1 Lane) | -10 to 60 °C |
- Next largest: the pitches I found for other sensor modules are smaller, from 3.45 µm down to 1.45 µm.
- Colour vs mono: they are the same module apart from colour. For low light, mono sensors usually pick up more light because they don't have a colour filter over the pixels. That's a general rule, not a figure I took from these modules' specs.
- What you'll need with it: both modules need a host system and, where it applies, a separate interface adapter. framos.comframos.com ↗“Requires a host and, where applicable, a separate interface adapter.”
- Datasheet: the FSM-IMX297 datasheet covers both versions. framos.comframos.com ↗“cta.datasheet=”
Limits of this answer:
- Missing pitch values: 18 FRAMOS sensor modules don't have a pixel pitch listed, so I couldn't check them. One of them could have a larger pitch.
- Low-light performance: pixel pitch is the only low-light factor I compared. I couldn't find sensitivity, quantum efficiency or SNR figures for these modules. The datasheet is the place to check those.
