I found 6 Auvidea Jetson products with 4 or more M.2 slots. Four are carrier boards and two are complete systems.
Auvidea products with 4+ M.2 slots auvidea.eu +1auvidea.eu ↗“twelve M.2 key M slots via a 13-port PCIe switch”auvidea.eu ↗“one M.2 NVMe slot per module”

For a multi-card build:
- JNX410: Its 12 M.2 key M slots run through a 13-port PCIe switch. It needs 24 V at 100–200 W. auvidea.euauvidea.eu ↗“Power requirements 24V (100-200W)”
- JNX400: This is a quad carrier that holds four Jetson SO-DIMM modules, with one M.2 NVMe slot per module and a built-in 5-port GbE switch. Auvidea says it's at an early stage: "first prototypes / limited rev 1 samples (preliminary)." auvidea.euauvidea.eu ↗“Maker states first prototypes / limited rev 1 samples (preliminary)”
- JNX46, JNX45, JNX45-Kit and ES-JNX45: Only two slots on each of these are M-key 2280. The others are B-key and E-key slots.
These may also qualify, but my records don't give their M.2 slot count: X230-Kit, Auvideus 1000, JNX30M, JNX42, JNX82, JNX84-LC, X221D.
