All four use a 2560-core Blackwell GPU and a 14-core CPU, with 273 GB/s memory bandwidth. nvidia.com +2nvidia.com ↗“compute.cpu_cores=14”nvidia.com ↗“compute.gpu_cuda_cores=2560, compute.gpu_architecture=Blackwell”nvidia.com ↗“memory.memory_bandwidth_gb_per_s=273”
How they differ
- IGX T5000 (module): Use this to build your own carrier board, with functional safety as an option. It has its own part number (900-23834-0080-000), separate from the Jetson T5000 (900-13834-0080-001), but it has the same form factor and pinout. It uses a 699-pin B2B connector. It doesn't support a discrete GPU (dGPU). If you need one, use the IGX T7000. - IGX T7000 (board kit): A MicroATX board kit that supports a dGPU (RTX PRO 6000 or 5000 Blackwell). It also has functional safety and a BMC. It measures 243.84 x 198.98 x 31.05 mm. nvidia.com +1nvidia.com ↗“dGPU support (RTX PRO 6000 or 5000 Blackwell), functional safety, ConnectX-7 (2x QSFP112 200GbE) and BMC”nvidia.com ↗“243.84 x 198.98 x 31.05 mm” nvidia.com +2nvidia.com ↗“for custom carrier boards with optional functional safety”nvidia.com ↗“form-factor and pin-compatible with it”nvidia.com ↗“no dGPU support (use IGX T7000)”
- IGX Thor Developer Kit: Comes with an RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q dGPU already installed. It has a BMC, a functional safety island and a safety MCU. It measures 262.70 x 382.70 x 151.20 mm. nvidia.com +2nvidia.com ↗“pre-installed RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q dGPU”nvidia.com ↗“BMC, functional safety island and safety MCU”nvidia.com ↗“Size 262.70 x 382.70 x 151.20 mm”
- IGX Thor Developer Kit Mini: A smaller kit for robotic safety, built on the IGX T5000 module, with a safety MCU. It measures 243.19 x 112.40 x 56.88 mm, including feet. nvidia.com +2nvidia.com ↗“Compact IGX Thor development kit for robotic safety built on the IGX T5000 module”nvidia.com ↗“safety MCU”nvidia.com ↗“Size 243.19 x 112.40 x 56.88 mm”
The higher 5581 TFLOPS figure is the "up to" number given for the products that support a dGPU. Datasheets are available for the Developer Kit, the Developer Kit Mini and the IGX T5000 / T7000. nvidia.comnvidia.com ↗“up to 5581 FP4 TFLOPS (sparse)”
