The two drones aren't built for the same job, so they only partly line up. The Voliro T has published figures for all three things you asked about: 1,000 g payload, 14 min flight time and 15 m/s top speed. For the Scout 137 Gen 3, the only one of the three that's published is flight time, which is unlimited because it runs on a tether.

Scout 137 Gen 3
- Flight time: A 60-metre tether carries both power and data. There's no battery in the drone or in the ground station. scoutdi.comscoutdi.com ↗“One 60-metre tether carries power and data”
- Payload: Instead of a weight limit, it has hot-swap bays for four payloads. The 4K Zoom Camera, LiDAR and gas sensor are standard, and ultrasonic thickness testing (UT) is optional. scoutdi.comscoutdi.com ↗“4K Zoom Camera, LiDAR and gas sensor standard, UT optional”
- Speed: I couldn't find a published top speed.
Voliro T
- It's a tilt-rotor tri-copter that can move in any direction. It's designed for contact-based non-destructive testing (NDT) at height. voliro.comvoliro.com ↗“Omnidirectional tilt-rotor tri-copter for contact-based NDT inspection at height”
- Its specs also list 12 m/s wind resistance and GPS. voliro.comvoliro.com ↗“drone.wind_resistance_m_s=12”
Size and navigation inside tight spaces
- Scout 137 Gen 3: 448 × 479 × 262 mm and 3 kg. It needs an opening of at least 600 mm and finds its way with LiDAR mapping (SLAM), without GPS. scoutdi.com +1scoutdi.com ↗“600 mm (Ø) circular manway”scoutdi.com ↗“GPS-free SLAM”
- Voliro T: 1,180 × 1,090 × 340 mm and 3.7 kg. voliro.comvoliro.com ↗“mechanical.weight_g=3700 g”
Both have an NVIDIA Jetson computer on board. In the Scout 137 Gen 3 it's a Jetson Orin NX. scoutdi.comscoutdi.com ↗“compatibility.jetson_module=NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX”
ScoutDI may be able to give you the missing payload and speed figures for the Scout 137 Gen 3. You can reach them through their product page. Voliro's full specs are in the Voliro T spec sheet.
