I found four Advantech products that run a Jetson Xavier NX and list desktop mounting:

The MIC-710AIX and MIC-710AILX support DIN rail, but they also list desktop mounting, so you don't need a rail to use them. I included lifecycle status because MIC-715 is the only one of the four marked Active. The other three are end-of-life, which may make them harder to buy.
May also qualify: The ICAM-520 also uses a Jetson Xavier NX 8GB, but its mounting options aren't listed, so I can't confirm it works on a desktop.
These Advantech Xavier NX products don't list desktop mounting:
- AIR-020X: wall mount only
- EPC-R7200: wall mount and DIN rail
