The Basler a2A2560-70umSWIR has the highest resolution of the Basler SWIR cameras I found that use USB 3.0. It has a 2592 × 2056 resolution and uses a Sony IMX992 InGaAs global-shutter sensor. docs.basle... +1docs.baslerweb.com ↗“Sony IMX992-AABJ-C InGaAs Global shutter”docs.baslerweb.com ↗“2056”

If you need faster capture, the a2A2048-110umSWIR is the next step down. It runs at 114 fps instead of 72 fps but has lower resolution. docs.basle... +1docs.baslerweb.com ↗“114”docs.baslerweb.com ↗“72”
What I couldn't confirm:
- Moisture inspection fit: I couldn't find spectral range or wavelength response data for these cameras. That means I can't confirm how well any of them covers the water absorption bands you'd use to detect moisture. Check the spectral response on the product pages linked above before you choose one.
- Whether the list is complete: 42 Basler USB 3.0 cameras matched, and I reviewed specs for 30 of them. Every camera with an SWIR sensor I saw is in the table above. The resolutions of the other 12 suggest they're standard (non-SWIR) models, but I didn't confirm each one.
