I found 3 Jetson AGX Orin systems that list both PoE and at least 5 M.2 slots:
| Product | Manufacturer | Group | M.2 slots (count and keys) | PoE ports | PoE standard |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| NAC-1000-R32/R64 | Vecow | NVR / Video Analytics Systems | 5: B-key 3052 ×2, E-key 2230, M-key 2280 ×2 | 4 | 802.3at |
| AIB-NIAO-S | Avalue Technology | Edge AI Box PCs | 5: E-key 2230, M-key 2280 ×2, M-key 3080, B-key 3042 | 8 (optional) | 802.3af |
| VPP6N0-S AGX PSE | YUAN High-Tech | Edge AI Box PCs | 5: E-key 2230, M-key 2280 ×2, M-key 3080, B-key | 8 | 802.3af |
Things to check for a recorder build:
- Not every M.2 slot takes storage. NVMe SSDs usually go in M-key slots, so the NAC-1000 has 2 slots for drives and the other two have 3 each. Check the datasheets to see which slots can hold SSDs.
- On the AIB-NIAO-S, PoE is an add-on. The 8 PoE ports come on an optional daughter board.
- Power per camera differs. The NAC-1000 lists 802.3at (PoE+). The other two list 802.3af.
- None of the three lists 2.5" drive bays. Each has 64 GB of onboard storage.
May also qualify: these AGX Orin systems list PoE, but their M.2 slot count isn't given, so I can't confirm or rule them out: ALP A680, ALP A680F, DLAP-411-Orin Supreme, AI Accelerator (Universal Robots).
Many other AGX Orin products (about 717 entries) don't list PoE support or an M.2 slot count at all, so it's not clear whether they qualify. Some AGX Orin systems that list PoE have 4 M.2 slots, such as the AEC-6200, Winmate WNAI-E600, EAC-5100 models and RAC-1100-R32/R64. They might still work if 4 slots is enough.
